Q3 2024 Results

Perrysburg, OH – Equilibrium Insurance Partners, L.L.C., a Perrysburg based property and casualty insurance brokerage achieved above average Q3 2024 results with $ $173,647.42 of new written premium. Eight new clients were added, two commercial lines and six personal lines clients.   

New commercial lines premium totaled $153,099.42. Both wins came within our real estate vertical (hotel/motel), all hotel/motel wins were based in Michigan. Farmington Hills, Michigan-based brokerage Burns & Wilcox led the way with $58,408.24 in New Business Premium, while Amwins was second with $46,218.64. From a personal lines perspective, Michigan-based Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Company led the way with all five of the six wins totaling $20,374 of new Direct Written Premium (DWP). 

With one more strong quarter, we could get to the coveted $1 million premium mark. To help us accomplish this, we are hiring a Commercial Account Manager or Secretary position to help with back end/administrative work. Both are 100% remote positions.
